From today's Autoline Daily:
NEXT GEN FORD BRONCO & RANGER
And as long as we’re talking about Ford, we’ve got some future product intel from Autoforecast Solutions. The next generation of the Bronco and Ranger will go into production at the Michigan Assembly plant in mid-2029. Those models will ride on the T6 platform, under the code name U825 for the Bronco and P825 for the Ranger.
GM vehicles have had this as an option for a few years now mostly on Cadillac and GMC models. My sister and BIL have a Denali 3500 to tow their boat and the camera rear view mirror is nice especially if you have 3 adults across the back seat their heads don't block the way. You can zoom in and out if you want a wider view. Also for those who hate cameras if you don't want to use it you can turn it off and it turns into a normal mirror.
They will wait until the have the data on what percentage of the people are using those devices, so they can decide if they keep the pay the same and remove those or decrease the pay and keep them.
It’s mind boggling how Porsche is not rolling in cash considering the pricing of 911s and Panamera especially the GT3 and turbo models and the GTS and GT4 cayman, boxster, Macan and Cayenne. I know Taycan was a flop and they stopped selling the boxster/cayman last year in Europe but still…Their internal costs must be worse than Ford.
