It won't have a 102 KwH battery in it either.
Given what is happening with the EV battery market, cell price might even drop more because of a lack of demand.
The bottom end of the market is always tricky, justifying prices for applied technology
when the market want sub $30k and that’s why Ford was careful to indicate that the
CE1 pickup is mid sized. Ford says one thing about price then does the opposite….
the promised $39k Lightning turned into $62k and we still believe CE1 is $30k in 2027?

No suggestion of wider markets by Ford but it does make me wonder
if this is Ford team doing little steps to have a V6 gasoline version
just in case North America suddenly wants another SUV.
Absolutely, the last thing Ford should be doing is a fast rollout on this process, there will be
a lot of changed processes that will take time to get right away from a must work pressure cooker.
