Aping Hyundai/Kia by dropping the LED headlights down into the fenders is not a winning move. The Germans seem lost these days. -
Falcon would be good. Ranchero is, to me, even better. However, I won't be surprised if they roll out a name that starts with E.

Does Bronco only appeal to people who like horses

Not feeling "Ranchero" as it seems to limit the appeal to only a segment of the market that likes all things "country".....I don't see its appeal toward the more urban end of the market whereas Falcon could reach both ends. My personal fav is still Fusion.... -
Falcon would be a good name but I think Ranchero fits the American market better while getting at the same thing.

I'm not seeing "bulbous" from the snow one. I just see a mule with extra camo.

So lets look at this logically- Part of the reason the Mach E had so much wiring was because it was a first generation product and Ford was learning by doing. I'm sure that Ford has been looking at trying to rein in the amount of wiring on ICE products for years, so there isn't as much low lying fruit as there would be on a first gen product. I get that control modules could be eliminated due to software defined vehicles, but at the same time the computer that is running everything is significantly more expensive as a single unit then control modules that are being built on chip processes from 20 years ago or more that have all the bugs worked out in them already. Then add in the costs of doing this on existing ICE products-I'm just questioning if the juice is worth the squeeze on some products, given how unsettled the future is with at least in the US, the leadership changing back to EVs only in next couple of years. I'm against combining the infotainment and control modules from a cybersecurity standpoint-you have easy access via USB or Bluetooth that would make things much easier to get into the actual controls of car. Not sure what mitigations (firewalls etc) are being used in other products that are doing this. -

Yeah, there comes a point when people have to realize that a vehicle isn't perfect and will wear out. I mean, some of these are 8 years old! Seriously, things wear out over time, especially things that are used nearly 100% of the time the car is in use. What's next, recalls because tires wear out after 10 years and 200k miles? A safety issue because brakes don't last 15 years? Geez! -

Had a similar issue on my 2006 Ford Fusion - the chrome "plating" on the interior plastic door handle pull had bubbled and began to peel causing a sharp edge to form from the plating....I replaced the handle and continued on... -

...Ford could issue two pair of leather work gloves to owners of affected vehicles...
