IDK, moving explorer back to a BoF vehicle would hurt some of the refinement it has in terms of ride and driving characteristics. The explorer should continue to elevate itself to compete with products like the telluride instead of going backwards to chase the more rugged feel. When they moved the explorer to the unibody setup with the 5th gen, it just instantly made the explorer into a more premium feeling product, they drive so much better than most of the older explorers I've been in. I don't want to see them walk that back. -

You hit the nail on the head. I feel like not all, and I just want to emphasize that it's not all, but a lot of older people are one side or the other, and that's just not how those of us who are younger think. I've seen a lot of older people think if you're critical of capitalism, it means you support and like communism, and that's just not the case. I can love certain things about capitalism, I believe the free market is the greatest human invention ever when it comes to encouraging innovation and advancement. But that being said, I can still not like certain aspects of late stage capitalism right now. Doesn't mean I suddenly want our nation to become communist, it just means I want to be critical of the system because I want to see it improve. Life isn't black and white, it's shades of grey. -
Not crazy especially when mustang sedan stays on current coupe platform.

Capitalism without regulation is the issue - and why the billionaire class rallies against regulations of any type with all their might. Communism and Socialism are not the answer either...there needs to be a balance to find a way to spur the growth of Capitalism while providing the safety net of Social programs to protect those without. -

Here is a crazy thought...with the introduction of a T6 based Lincoln, maybe Ford has ideas for canning the entire CD6 chassis era and just bring the T6 fully into the North American market to also replace CD6 Explorer and Aviator....CD6 is already an orphaned chassis that underpins just one line whereas T6 can be used moving forward for a "new" product in both 5 seat (Edge/Nautilus) and 7 seat (Explorer/Aviator) on an extended chassis configuration. CAP can then be reused to produce other lines after a rebuild, transformed into a production center for supplying other plants, turned into a joint venture for a Chinese company or just shuttered all together as consolidation continues at Ford. Like I said, just a crazy thought.... -
A lousy $55 billion in market cap? Sad. Have you had enough yet? And we still have people going hungry and homeless? Something is just not right. https://share.google/aFEKGYAmPGDVMnmlv

Bronco T6 chassis was already considered an "update" with the coil sprung rear suspension that is a vast improvement over Ranger T6 and it's leaf spring hung rear axle....from here on out, I believe you will not see any major changes until Ranger ROW T6 is significantly upgraded which makes one ponder what a potential T7 chassis will bring...I-beam frame construction? Giga-cast sections ala CE1? New metallurgical mixes such as magnesium to lighten the overall unit? But, if you look at the history of ROW Ranger, it has been riding on a T6 chassis since 2011....not quite Panther chassis long, but it has been awhile.... -

https://www.autoblog.com/news/ford-confirms-2027-bronco-will-get-an-obvious-update-without-full-redesign So it will get an obvious update next year, but not a full redesign. Also indicating a new powertrain choice for it also. -

Not sure anyone is paying a premium for Bronco these days: https://www.akinsford.com/vehicle-details/new-2025-ford-bronco-big-bend-winder-ga-id-62667790 -
This seems consistent with Ford’s pay more, get less mantra, so it is in particularly surprising.
