Yea, exactly. This is why the Indianapolis Airport Authority invested in building a 22 MW solar farm at IND over a decade ago, the largest airport solar farm in the world. Electricity from the solar farm allows IAA to better manage operational expenditures for the airport.
Plus, completion of the solar farm accelerated IAA's timeframe to add EV chargers in the IND parking garage. I use these chargers, which are complimentary for customers, when I park my F-150 Lightning there.
Hmm seems like we have another drama unfolding with the just barely IUAW president. Now Local 140 votes unanimously to bring charges against the candidate who had all that support from those democratic socialist groups, like unite all workers for democracy.
As for the Monitors substantiated charges those charges start on page #7 of the his filed report. "Monitors Twefth Report".
Grab some popcorn could be interesting. Costly too, imagine running another E-Board election.
This is so scary
The OBBB will cause increases in electricity costs.
https://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.php?id=61242
Solar and wind are the fast growing source of electricity, the best part of renewables is that its provides passive energy, the more you solar you build the more potential energy you have. The only group who benefits from slowing the energy Transition to renewables are the utilities and Fossil fuel producers.
The real harm in the OBBB is the short and long term impacts on reducing Solar panel production, was trending to double production over the next 2 years. The value of solar is that energy production costs "fixed" when compared with coal or NG, where capital cost of the plant is small fraction of the cost of energy production. Generally, the more solar you build the less you pay, the opposite is true for non renewables, and to a lesser extent wind and nuclear.
My take is the interior of Bronco New Energy is aimed squarely at what Chinese buyers want.
The Bronco Old Energy (lol @Sherminator98 ) interior was aimed at US buyers and their expectations are quite different. US buyers wanted the whole retro vibe which is why Bronco is a convertible with removable doors and the interior was designed to match the retro vibe with a blocky high dash that recall the non-padded old school truck dashboard.
Chinese buyers think of Bronco as a new modern vehicle and are probably befuddled by some of the interior design choices. So for something that will be sold only in China, Ford went with a lower profile dashboard that match other modern Fords.
What is interesting is that there's not really any "Bronco" to the interior.....I don't think we've seen actual pictures yet, but from the spy shots, not much there to my eyes.
NJ is far from being a GOP stronghold
What it boils down to is ineptitude and interest rates going up-Solar has to break even up front vs fossil fuels and having 5%+ interest rates vs 0% like you had 5-10 years ago is making that really hard to do so.
Well just take a look at the other C2 platforms-the center consoles are very similar to one outside of minor details on the Bronco Sport, Maverick and Escape also. Going on the assumptions of the time, it was pointing to another C2 based product around the size of an Edge...not BOF product that is bigger then Bronco Old Energy. 😛
