My neighbor is a very liberal hippie type who sells pottery. We just don't talk politics. At our local artisan craft show I was walking over to chat with her during a slow period and I heard her tell another lady that she just doesn't think capitalism is sustainable. I just did a 180 and went back to my table biting my tongue. It was ironic since she's retired with a corporate pension and sells her pottery on the open market.
Please excuse me if I posted this but I cannot find the post,
MKZ thinks it is running hot but it is not! Does anyone know what could be wrong?
My Granddaughters as a 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. At times the car will run down the road just fine then after 75 to 200 miles the car gives a warning on the dash that flashes Get off road safely now”, and the car looses acceleration speed and falls off two about 30 mph and you have to pull off the road. After doing this if you turn the key off and Waite about a minute you can then start the car back up and be on your way. Then you are on your way as normal for about another ½ mile. This process keeps repeating the process over and over.
We have tested the temperature in all the water hoses and they are NOT showing overheating.
We have replaced water thermostat, And most and the indicator water sensors in the event some of them could be reading incorrectly. And we have reset the error codes and are getting no new error messages when this happens.
One question I have is does anyone know where I could get a diagram of location of the sensor’s with voltage to check voltage output.
Bottom line is the car thinks it is running hot but it is not! Does anyone know what could be wrong?
Thank you in advance for your opinion
Steve
That’s why I laugh at those people (and it’s mostly Gen Z) who complain we’re in end stage capitalism. Read a history book, we haven’t had true capitalism in the US since at least FDR and the New Deal.
I have always maintained that capitalistic market forces will improve any EV offering better than all the Government mandates would. It would also weed out the crap that is being foisted onto the market place under the guise of "compliance sales".
Get rid of the Ram name and give the trucks back to Dodge. A lot of folks still call them Dodge trucks, even some of the owners. Make Chrysler the brand for all things not truck, and keep Jeep, Jeep.
Maverick would be perfect for Ford in Australia and New Zealand, Korean and Japanese
offer nothing like it, so it would be perfect below our Ranger and Everest
