CE1 products in general should get an awful lot of emphasis. The frustrating part as you and DeluxeStang mentioned is that there's a lot of talkin' by the head honcho but not much action that people outside FoMoCo can discern at this point in terms of progress bringing those products to market quickly, in high volume and with high quality. Maybe CE1 product development and manufacturing milestones are perfectly on track. I'm cautiously optimistic that's the case, and it's fine if the big shots at Ford keep details under wraps if only for competitive reasons. But Jimbo spoutin' BS like We really want to bet on all of it doesn't help matters.

Yea, exactly. My niece ain't happy that those models lack the Subaru "character" that she likes in her Crosstrek. Still, it's embarrassing that Subaru, a smaller automaker that hasn't really given a shit about EV until recently, will have more EV models in its U.S. vehicle lineup this year than Ford, whose head honcho has been talkin' about Model T moment with EV and about competing with Tesla for at least the past five years.

Something in a two-tone, that's about as actual retro as it would get, I'd agree. At least until 2028. Then if there isn't a 20th Anniversary Funkmaster Flex model, I'm going to be VERY upset. 😄

It takes a long time to turn the ship around and it also shows how heavily Ford was committed to a 100% BEV future. and Ford says $30K starting prices but you just know Ford wants $50k customers. its the same old worn out strategy of BS “pricing”

Not to mention we don't even know if we're gonna get a next gen mach-e. If we do, it could be gas powered. -
There were multiple reports last year that it was delayed until mid-2028.

This is BS man. I get changes in strategy, but Farley is so focused on chasing the latest shiny thing that it feels like he can't make progress in any one particular direction. Hopefully Ford starts to get their shit together and sticks with stuff, so we can actually get some new products relatively soon. -
Yeah, at least some sort of design concept would be nice.

All of their EV models are direct rebadges - Solterra, Getaway, Trailseeker (I think that's the name of it?).

You won’t see those vehicles because Ford has nothing to show us besides the current vehicle with EREV badge and nothing done on the inside…..
