This is a US patent though.  Might not mean anything, but interesting to note.

And we've said this truck looks "too low" to be a truck......they're going to call them whatever they want.  They can make a low "Escape" for aero.   Ford is trying to keep costs low on this thing, why would they not copy/paste as much as they can to have two models (front end, dash, etc)?   They've done it before with the original Expedition and F-150....   You're using your BORG vision with that analysis lol.

I won't do many more discussions on the design because I agree with Akirby, it's better to wait and see the final product then analyze it. That being said, here's another patent image showing some of the design features we're getting. This shows the mach-e style door handles, you can see how the rear of the cab roof angles down slightly, and some pretty interesting lines along the quarter panels.
