D&D has really gotten out of hand. After recently getting some quotes on shipping a vehicle, that F150 charge is excessive.  Ford is definitely benefiting from the optics of separating the MSRP out from the D&D from an advertising standpoint.

I’m with you on this.  I’m not going to judge anything until the final reveal, but I would hope the entry level range is closer to 300.  I don’t know how the LFP batteries perform in the cold but based on my experience my Mach E, range was cut in half in the cold and on some extremely cold days more than half. 200 doesn’t leave me with a good feeling.

That has Hyundai vibe to it, which I don’t think is a good thing.

Oh I didn't realize Borg has insider sources. I thought he mostly regurgitates things that real insiders say and pass them off as his own, in addition to speculating/making things up. It's actually interesting to read what he says, but it's his 'holier than thou' ego and tantrum fits that annoy me. Yeah, that Mustang Raptor is likely that offroad supercar project. I forgot about the possible involvement of Hameedi Venturo. I think his car is possibly the 'Project Origine' supercar with Cosworth V12 engine that he wants out by 2030. But he could also be helping Ford with the 'Mustang Raptor' project. Either way, the Mustang Raptor project is possibly totally separate from the mainstream Ford vehicle developments, hence the extra secrecy with it. So that's probably why there was no mention of it (that we know of) at the Las Vegas meeting. Whatever Ford is doing with it is surely going to be a hit though.

This is a downgrade from the current styling as far as I’m concerned. 

There’s something missing in the styling of this generation of Charger for me.  I liked the old version but I just cannot get behind this one.  I don’t think it looks good from any angle. The fact that it’s missing the V8 is also problematic, although the power numbers of the motor look good.

Indeed, Jac Nasser was positioning Taurus as a Falcon Rrplacement and ordered that Australia would take 10,000 of them whether they wanted them or not. So in order to ward off the challenge, the next version of the Falcon (AU) was made to look more like the Taurus.    

The Australian Taurus from the late 90s is very odd looking.  I remember folks in the TCCA wanted the power folding mirrors the Australian version got that the US didn't.  Others thought it had Sable headlights but they aren't quite the same as Sables had amber bulbs towards the grill.  One weird thing too is the Australian version got a lever e-brake while the US version got a pedal e-brake.
