GT-Keith
What future Ford do you want? Choose Cab configuration, Color [Exterior/Interior], Technologies, Power train/drive train and model year. Rules: -Must be a product Ford is actually planning to make -Any engine/transmission can go in any car as long as its reasonable(i.e. No supercharged modular engine inside a Fusion; No PowerShift DCT inside an F-150). With that said, I would like a 2013 Ford Fusion(S), Black Clearcoat Metallic w/18-inch alloys; Ford's PowerShift DCT; 2.0L Ecoboost(230/240); FWD; Performance Package [Tuned Suspension/Brakes]; Sync Navigation. This configuration would probably MSRP for $32,000. Edited October 28, 2009 by GT-Keith

Hopefully Ford will work out the emissions issues associated with that motor in the Fusion. Here's mine: 2011 EcoBoost F150 SuperCab. I'd get an Aftermarket Tune/Exhaust and hopefully push 450hp and 25MPG highway. I would really like an EcoBoost/TwinForced Mustang GT too... 3.5L, 6M, 3400 lb Curb... ha.. ANTAUS
Give me a RWD coupe with the Egoboost 3.5L. Make it out of the Mustangs platform, lengthen it a bit for rear seat space, and make it for Lincoln. I dont think i'm being unrealistic. bondo007
Already driving it. 2009 Ford F-150 XLT 4.6 3-valve V-8, six speed transmission, Aerolid. Of the many F-150's I have owned, this one is the most impressive, both in Design and Engineering. Getting 18 - 18.5 combined mpg and 24 highway mpg. Hugh
Where to begin? 2011 Focus 3 or 5 dr with 2.0L EcoBoost and 6M. I'd love a Kuga with the 2.0L EB as well. What else? I've been yelling for a Fusion Sport Coupe w/3.5L or 2.0L EB and 6M. ALL BLACK! BTW, Lion 4.4L Diesel for the F-150. Pioneer
-Must be a product Ford is actually planning to make Don't know if this qualifies, but I will submit it anyways. 201* Flex. Extended 2 feet, EcoBoost 2.0. Candy Red with black leather int and White Suede roof.
GT-Keith
Good choices everyone... I really like the idea of the F150 EcoBoost... 400lb-ft @ 1500-5000rpms would out haul any half-ton on the market and would subsequently offer FAR better FE(I'm thinking 18/24). I can't wait until they bring it over. I would take the EcoBoost F150 in Screw, XLT, 3.73 final drive, Sonic Blue, Texas Edition. Don't know if this qualifies, but I will submit it anyways. 201* Flex. Extended 2 feet, EcoBoost 2.0. Candy Red with black leather int and White Suede roof. You want a stretched Flex? So you basically want a crossover excursion . What I would also like is a 2013+ Taurus SEL w/3.7L DI making 300hp/280lb-ft of Torque mated to PowerShift DCT... And a Performance package. The Taurus will also shave some weight once it moves over to the next generation Mondeo platform in 2013(Was it Mondeo II or III?). One more: I would love a 2015 Shelby GT500/Cobra with a Twin Turbo 5.0L making 600hp with an IRS. If anyone has noticed, Ford seems to have hit a wall with their SRA rear end. I've yet to see a GT500/SS break sixty in under four seconds on high performance street tires. They are damn quick in the quarter, but they need better traction off the line and better ride quality on uneven pavement.

focus05
Ford Focus, 5-dr hatch, 1.6 Ecoboost (somewhere between 160-180 tq), DSG, leather, nav, moonroof, bullet-proof reliability...

IMSA-XJR9
Hmmm . . . I would like a Fusion (size/type) wagon, AWD, 2.0 Eco, 6-speed auto, and some performance type suspension package as a daily driver.

lfeg
A mid size wagon, about the size of the Fusion. (Not a tall wagon or crossover, just a "traditional" wagon that has room for stuff - no third row seating - and the handling of a sport sedan) EB 2.0 or 2.5 engine, AWD, well matched 6 speed. Decent interior color choices (something beyond mouse grey and old lady beige) and an interior modeled after the Lincoln Concept C. Not too much out of the ordinary, but something that would make me happy and fill an empty niche.
Ford Jellymoulds
Global RWD Mustang - RWD Capri (That looks like a Capri and nothing like a FWD Focus or Mondeo with a token lazy designed C shape rear window just tacked onto it to make it look like a coupe made on the cheap) RWD Lincoln if they ever got serious and got their act together and started to take on RWD BMW & Mercedes in Europe, fitted with the biggest power-plant Ford uses in Europe, Ford should make/offer only one global soft-top (Having just one purpose made soft-top would keep the costs down) which should only be a T-Bird, it would be the only FWD car that would be acceptable to me to buy personally, why do we need a Ka CC, Escort CC, Focus CC, Mustang CC etc? no no no noooh, not having a Ford Thunderbird in Fords line-up which is the worlds greatest convertible ever made is a sin. If not a diesel F-100 or Ranger in 5-7 years time at the earliest when l intend to replace my Escort, as l don't need a pick-up at this moment in time. If not adapt a ecoboost power-plant to fit in my Capri and just keep that only. If Ford made the right product l would love to buy it right now, and replace it every few years as l don't have a mortgage or anything on the never never HP. But FWD is not my cup of tea even though l think the new Fiesta & Ka are fantastic little cars. Ford won't sell you a RWD coffee in Europe, so as a buyer l am stuck in limbo with 'Hobson's Choice' from FOE without coffee to buy. harddrive747
More like a crossover Expedition. I would like to see an Explorer and a Shelby GT500 with a super charge boss engine pumping out about 700 horsepower or more, with a 6-speed auto and 6 speed manual respectively. FordBuyer
A Fusion or Focus station wagon that gets at least 35mpg highway and at least 25mpg city. With new fuel mileage standards coming, Ford needs more vehicles that that are space efficient with very competitive fuel efficiency ratings. In fact, I would like to see more varied body styles like back in the 50's and 60's. There should also be a Fusion coupe and convertible. The Escape is a good, little SUV, but it's still an aerodynamic slug going through the air and will never get 35mpg highway no matter what you do with it short of just going downhill.
