My brother-in-law and his buddies worked in Engine Engineering and would regularly monitor BON. All are retired now. They never posted anything to this site.

It’s rare that engineers post anything like that. They may read and follow a lot of social media but most don’t post publicly.

Thanks for the 2 replies I've gotten, but I wonder on the 2nd response...what's rare? That Lincoln engineers address their customers concerns? I'm just trying to save a trip to the dealership for what I'm hoping is an easy fix, like maybe a setting I'm missing... -
