fordmantpw
Very happy to see the SHO return. Woo Hoo! With significantly more ponies than the Mustang GT...for now.

fordmantpw
and the power pedal switch is crooked It looks like maybe it is supposed to be that way. The buttons are vertical while the dash curves a bit. On a side note, is that a power-telescoping wheel button next to the power pedal button? :happy feet:
ANTAUS
No select-shift tranny for the "SHO"? Thats a poor decision...

On a side note, is that a power-telescoping wheel button next to the power pedal button? :happy feet: I think that switch is for the dash light dimmer. No select-shift tranny for the "SHO"? Thats a poor decision... If you look at the interior pictures that were posted last week you can see a select shift trans (with what appears to be paddle shifters). This might not be the final SHO interior?
JZ150
http://jalopnik.com/5118591/the-ford-taurus-sho-is-back Damn I think I might have to get one these as my next car! To take it a step further, THis is my next car. Wife's lease is up in July so I am already talking with my Ford dealer about getting my order in. Great little dealer in NW PA. retro-man
'L' and 'D' .... It's nice to see the return of the Ford-O-Matic!
White99GT
I like everything about it except those deep wells for the gauges. Looks too Nissan-ish... I just may have to get an SHO instead of a Fusion Sport in the next year or two.
NLPRacing
I don't recall seeing Fusion mules with select shift either... The 2010 Fusion Sport has it and I'm willing to bet the SHO will too.
Ralph Greene
Wonderful.....In many ways my 93 SHO was my favorite all time car. It had good performance for it's time, very responsive beautiful engine, roomy cabin, large trunk, decent handling (for FWD) and ride, and just made a great family hot rod. I can't wait also. Good Bye Mustang when they become available.

Good Bye Mustang when they become available. I had a '95 SHO and it was one my favorite cars as well. As for the 2010, I like the looks of the interior. I can't wait to see the exterior without camo. NickF1011
First thing I noticed also was the lack of SelectShift. Hopefully it's only because this is a mule.
Admiral
Great news! Interior looks very classy, but let's keep our fingers crossed that it's not an ocean of hard plastic. Other than that I can't wait for a new SHO.

Pioneer
Fixation with being able to choose my own gears in something being billed as a "performance" vehicle. 6-speed manual would be better. :yup: :burnout:
Deanh
Fixation with being able to choose my own gears in something being billed as a "performance" vehicle. ahhh, gimme a manual trans any day of the week....anyways ....its a mule so we are all specualting, and I would question the amount of people that would use their Autos an select a shift anyways....but point taken...we shall see....
