I think it’s time to get new designers. I don't mind new ideas, designs, etc., but this thing and the Jag are garbage and really aren’t that bold in my eyes. They look like slabs, are uninspiring, and lack creativity.
Rescuing the E-Max to Mach E basically doubled development costs, the fortunate part was how close it came as a rival to Tesla Y
Ford revealed that the manufacturing costs were approx. $25,000 more than a similar Ford Edge, so no wonder it needed the premium branding and price of a Mustang. A good makeover would definitely help with costs, it has tons of unnecessary parts that CE1 have replaced…..
Farley is very protective of the Mustang coupe’s heritage, Ford is not ready to give up on it yet. That and a four door based car will probably have 2.3EB PHEV versions
I'm probably the youngest person on this site and I think this looks like shit. It's not a case of "the future is now old man" it's just a case of not so great design.
It's funny when they launched this new Navi they said they dropped the Premiere because no one bought it now they are saying they are adding it back due to customer demand... so which is it? lol
To quote an age-old ad slogan, "this is not your father's (fill-in-the-blank). You guys better get used to seeing cutting-age styling. Today's young designers (in their 20's and 30's), look at a car totally different than older folks do. This TT, the new Jag, and I dare say the Cybertruck, give you an idea of what's coming next. Personally, I like it. No guts, no glory, as they say.
