I think I have read every single existing forum/post on climate control seats for just about every Ford, attempting to find the fix to my issue..
2015 F-250 King Ranch crew cab. Bought it used about a year ago. Front heated & cooled seats have not worked since I bought it (rear heated seats do work). When I press the touch button for heated seats 2 out of the 3 indicators will illuminate. When I touch the AC side, no indicators light up (shown in picture). Also, when I touch them, I hear no clicking coming from under the seats.
I have checked what seems to be the most common issue, where the connector burns out, under the passenger seat. I have checked the fuse. I have replaced the module under the seat (With a $60 one from Amazon, which had good reviews). I have disconnected & reconnected the C210 connector that is attached to top of the parking brake. I have scoured forscan, no codes popping up. I checked the FCIM - heated/cooled seat modules for both seats and all I get is "INACTIVE". HVAC module reads 14+ volts. What are the chances I bought a faulty Climate Seat Control Module? I don't know my way around forscan all that well, is there something else I should be looking for?
Hopefully someone can help me. This thing is driving me mad..
There are days where I wish the maverick had a more conventional development process, speaking as a maverick hybrid owner lol. Don't get me wrong, the cord fundamentals of the maverick seem to be pretty durable. But things like the 12v and CV axle problems likely would have been discovered in testing had the maverick been developed for another year or two.
I mean, you still have to develop things man. That usually requires years of testing physical prototypes. I can see a future perhaps where Ford or other brands develop a really versatile, capable platform that can underpin almost everything and leaving the platform unchanged while shortening the time between changing body styles. But I can't see the days of getting a new car where everything is new every few years. That just doesn't give brands enough time to test things.
Unscheduled/Clean status just means that the order meets the order guide requirements. Commodity restraints change on a constant basis and are a different issue with that information available to Dealers per reports issued on a weekly and/or daily basis.

if the order shows- “unscheduled clean” , does that mean all the components SHOULD be good to go, and its just waiting for scheduling? Or does any component shortage effect that that from being scheduled?
This is why I feel pretty sure Ford won't be building any passenger vehicles in Europe by the end of the decade. Cheaper to import from Thailand, India, and Mexico given the low volumes that Ford is selling now days in Europe.
I found it interesting that when looking at Puma EV specs and comparing to ICE Puma, the overall height and also interior headroom were listed the same. Makes me wonder how exactly the 43.6 kWh of battery capacity is situated.
Related to your comment, I recall pictures of a 2-seat BEV sports car with battery in a “T” configuration with about half the battery capacity under a large tunnel between seats (below and forming console) and the rest down low mounted transversely just behind seats. It reminded me a little of my Fiero GT that had fuel tank between seats under tall and wide console. Instead of gas tank this new European BEV had battery.
The s650 as well. It doesn't have the hard indents casting a shadow along the body side like the s550 does. So in a lot of pics and vids, the side of the s650 looks kinda flat, and unattractive. But in person, you see how muscular the body side actually is, it flares out A TON. Now if only they could do something to reduce the front and rear overhangs, and it would look perfect.
