I like seeing a longer hood, but it's almost too much here. That being said, it's nice to see an EV that isn't a stub nose can forward design like everyone else's. I know Ford's EV truck is probably gonna have a shorter hood, but I hope everything else has more elegant and classical proportions.
As of late 2024, China has resumed construction of up to 97 GW of coal fired power supply, so they are not in any hurry to switch to greater amount of renewables
Had a similar issue with my 22 F350 Lariat, when I picked up a new 5th wheel. Lights would not work, except right rear brake light. Dealer was adamant it was in the truck. So off to the Ford dealer I went. Talked to a tech from the back, he was adamant it was in the trailer. Headed home. Call Grand Design. They said to go over all the wiring in the trailer. I did find a wire that was not seated all the way in the lighting module on the trailer. Made the repair, and it has worked ever since. The trucks are sensitive to any wiring feedback it doesn't like. With these Ford's, it's all about the truck.
Also, when driving down the road, sometimes I will hit a bump, and the "Trailer Disconnected" warning will come on. But it seems to clear itself.
So, you're not alone.
F-150 seems to be a go-to car for wealthy people, which come to think of it, you have to be wealthy to comfortably afford it. Ford also has that icon status to it and the Mustang legend as well.
Eldorado would be a great name for that convertible concept Solei if it made it to production. The concept even had gold paint to boot. Aston Martin, Bentley and Rolls Royce also use old names. Corvette, although not produced by a luxury marque could be considered as a luxury product, and it has one of the oldest names out there.
