I think it might break new ground with the  “symmetrical body design”. That unique feature may bring in a lot of customers. Not sure why mainstream manufacturers have not pursued that.

Leapmotor (Chinese) soon will be selling the "B10 EREV" in Mexico.  Here's how they worked out the ICE/battery conundrum.    Ah, yes, the driving modes. There are four of them, with two of them being completely illogical to me. 'EV+' mode, funnily enough, drives the car electrically, with the petrol engine only firing up when the battery's charge level is below 9%. 'EV mode' does the same, but the engine kicks in when the battery is below 25%, while 'Fuel' sees the engine working when the battery has less than 80% charge. The aforementioned 'Power+' mode, meanwhile, sees the engine on all of the time, working with the electric motor to give the most amount of, er, power. The real question is whether Americans are ready to trade practicality for a dose of la dolce vita.       I still file this under "why bother"?

I am curious about the headlights. I like the overall shape, the headlights are super interesting. I attempted to draw what I could see but its speculative (I figured it might mirror the F-150 and Expedition’s front face). It’d be cool for Ford to develop a sort of iconic front design like Jeep.
