Ford Dealers get commodity restraints information updates almost daily, but I don't know if those authorized to order vehicles for military personnel have access to that information. The OTD (Order to Delivery) timeframe for F-450's is normally much longer than for the F-250 and F-350 models.
Hi everyone, I am new here but have been reading for a long time. I was wondering if anyone knew about the part constraints for a F450, lariat FX4, non hi output, moonroof and cabin heater with uplifter switches? I ordered it through the military auto source (basically gets ordered differently like a commercial type order I think) my guy said there’s constraints but doesn’t know what. I ordered back in early April. Tried to keep it basic to avoid issues. Thanks!
Just an update for anyone following, I was able to find the body mounts on ebay. There's a business on there that has all 5 positions in stock. I messaged them to confirm, and they did. Getting them shipped to my mechanic now and hopefully will have it done soon.
I also have a 3.0TT AWD MKZ. I absolutely love it. The power comes on immediately and it feels like it never runs out. I have no idea what I will replace it with when the time comes but thankfully that's not anytime soon.

I've done the pre-production for a new TV spot that's being shot and edited tomorrow and couldn't believe how bad Ford's B-Roll video is now. I've only got about :10 seconds of close-up vehicle footage to work with. The rest of Ford's footage is all distance shots of the vehicles off-road, down trails, through forests, etc. to the point where the vehicle can hardly be identified. Just horrible.
This kind of advertising is adequate at best for an Explorer or Bronco, absolutely not for a Lincoln of any style.
The Lincoln owner regardless of age is buying this car because he wants Luxury,Comfort, Quiet, and ease of ride , that will be enjoyable to drive , with a teaspoon of fun to drive for added measure.
I must admit that in Canada , Cadillac is doing 30 second and one minute spots for the Lyriq. And the way they are showing the car, and Color’s, the interior etc shows that they are on the right track.
