I'm not sure if the article mentions this, but the cyber truck has the lowest order to purchase conversion I've ever seen, about 2.5%. That means for every 40 people who ordered a cyber truck, 1 is actually buying it once their turn arrives, 39 are walking away.
Definitely not bad, the interior looks tacky, like rejected concept art for a futuristic airship trying too hard to be futuristic and old school at the same time, doesn't work imo.
But the exterior is solid. The proportions are amazing, a lot of people think EVs need shorty, stubby noses, and I disagree. Not only would something like this make an incredible impact on the roads, you would also have an absolutely massive frunk that would punch well above the typical levels of cargo space you get in ICE powered 2 door coupes.

Fun with photoshop-what happens when you cross a Mustang with the Escape....
The only question will be, what will it have for a front suspension if it is indeed based on Wrangler/Gladiator chassis. If it has a "conventional" front suspension consisting of an SLA arrangement, will that portend to a future W/G model without the solid front axle front end?
You mean Wrangler? LOL
Anyways, outside of a new BOF on top and suspension changes, I don't see much else happening...it will be like the Ranger evolving from the Bronco, instead of the other way around.
