Trust me I had to grit my teeth and hold my nose. Still not a toyota fan but she didn't like the Escape or the Bronco Sport and Edge is gone. Her fiancée is a die hard toyota fan who drives a Tundra so I'm sure that had a lot to do with it. But it's her vehicle and that's what she wanted. And honestly it's pretty nice and gets 41/38 mpg. And the buying experience was very good.

True, and Twin-Traction-Beam didn't do much for ground clearance or unsprung weight. -

Yes, Honda Civic has been a big conquest vehicle for the Maverick. That is not something I would have predicted.

You can't patent an idea. You need a working model or at least a diagram or schematic. Asking a company to give you royalties IF they implement it is not going to fly.
