Edstock
Here's a quickie. I moved the rear to the rear door opening seam. Edited January 14, 2008 by Edstock
MarkFive
Wasn't there supposed to be something special about the doors? Didn't Mark Fields say something about "french doors" whatever that means?
ZanatWork
I gotta say... ...judging from the bruhaha at the other auto sites I frequent, the Lincoln is the 800 lb. gorilla of the show, showing up even the F150.

Ford-150
How close will the production vehicle's interior be to the prototype? i don't think they will keep the same seats....it would be sweet if they did
Local1111
Kinda like a 20 year old Kid that drives a ricer slamming a DB9. Not difficult to show up that ugly monstrosity called F-150.
NickF1011
No, kind of like a fan of at least halfway decent design slamming something that isn't even close to halfway decent. If you don't think the '09 F-150 is ugly, you need your eyes checked. Period. This Lincoln concept doesn't really do much for me either. Hopefully the production version will look nicer. It has parts that I like, but some of the proportions just seem....off.
Extreme4x4
Once again, everyone else on the web LOVES this thing................. yet here, it is the usual................ bitch, bitch, complain, complain, whine, whine. How very telling. I love it. A Lincoln that looks like nothing else on the road. I just hope it is in my price range.
GreyPony
I like the clean look of the door handles on the sill of the doors. Are the rear doors going to be suicide doors? Please say yes.
CarShark
I hate it. From every angle.
Edstock
I hope they keep the 2-row seating with maybe 3 seats in the back row. The legroom will be awesome. Sure, most import buyers won't care, but this could really bite into the S-class and the Lexus 470 or whatever they call their top sedan. Unlike the BMW 7 owner, who tends to be performance-oriented, the MB and Lexus buyer is not a sporty-performance consumer.
ironhorse
It's a nice direction Lincoln is going on the Flex platform. I think a production version would sell...IF...it is priced competitively.
Deanh
Like it...all except that stupid kickup tpwards the rear that has become stylists new obsession, looks wrong on the cX7 and 9 Mazda and WRONG here

One reason I like the 'kickup' is that it allows the side windows to be deeper, away from the 300 look. You don't like the Mazdas, OK, but without that kickup, either you get the high-belt-line 300 look/Lexus SUV look, or you have to lower the belt-line the whole length of the car, which means the hood-height becomes a problem. Joe771476
This car needs to be built NOW! And the front grille is great for a Batmobile!

Edstock
You may have a point. But without the kickup, a straight hip-sill line limits the designer to something like this derivative R MB
Bored of Pisteon
And you can hear Mark Fields all over announcing it with new fanfare. Gee... I'm somewhat surprised they haven't come out with a Lincoln "MKF" yet! (Mark Fields edition) You know this alphanumeric shit that all the car companies use now is getting outta hand and needs to be kaboshed like RIGHT NOW! Well, upon closer examination of all the trim lines, I'll say the front end of the base models and FX4 don't look too shabby. The mass amounts of chrome on the nose of the XLT, Lariat, KR, and Platinum are just too much though -- call it Navigatoritis if you will. The ribs on the tailgate look out of place also. I also can't stand the tail lights. Ick.
