2025 Lincoln Navigator Spied

Recommended Posts

Looks promising. I do think Lincoln missing an opportunity with the lighting. Every model from the from the nautilus up (ESP the Navi) should feature the full led strip through the grille standard. It’s a missing opportunity of having a signature design/lighting element that instantly recognizable

The headrests look to have speakers in them.  Looks like either the full led bar in the grille will be an option or for the black label.

I think it is going to be the same as the Nautilus, the full led bar standard on Reserve and BL, not on the base or maybe an option?

They still used the current model as the base.  The spied photos like a bit different in profile.  The mirrors are not the same as the current model.  Though the doors are the same in design, the body paneling is a bit curvy.  Also, the rear has a more curvier slope than the current model.  Also, the rear spoiler is a lot thicker and more integrated into the tail gate than the current model as well.

Sorry for the over analysis, but I can't be the only one whose tired of waiting.

I noticed all of these details too. I think it will be a bigger refresh than some of us think. You’re definitely not the only one tired of waiting haha.

I hope so.  Usually, the refreshes are revealed late, but not the redesigns, so I'm surprised the explorer refresh was revealed months before the build date, but we still haven't seen the bigguns yet.  I feel like ford and gm are playing chess, trying to Guage whose doing what with their newest offerings.

I don't know when the on-sale date is for these, but I'd rather have them debut only a few weeks or months max before on-sale date.  I've never understood the procedure of "here's our new vehicle, but you have to wait a year plus to get one!  Please wait and buy it then!"  Why not just debut it right before you're ready to sell it?

Meanwhile, Escalade receives a few goodies in preparation...

Autoblog.com - '25 Escalade

The Cadillac emblem in the taillight and the detailed logo on the side of the dash even with the ducks is nice touch.  The illuminated outline around the front logo is a bit meh.  I stated before that simple logos de a far better job of being illuminated at night than logos with colors.  For instance, Lincoln, Mercedes, Infiniti all look good illuminated where a logo like Ford that lights up blue or even a Buick logo looks silly IMO.

No shots of the 2nd row I wonder if they even addressed it?  That was the Escalade's biggest issue was lack of 2nd and 3rd row amenities that other brands have.

EDIT: I see from the carscoops post they did add a big center console so it looks like they finally did address.

Raitis rides seems like the only journalists that got to see the car in person.  The 2nd row seats are pretty much the same as the first, which i like.  At first, i wasnt impressed by the refresh, but now, the escalade is a lot more pleasing to me.  I still dnt know if i like it more than the infiniti, but its nice.  I especially like the cup holder trim and the supercruise sensor trim as well.

It seems there is a big demand for the V model…..I wonder if Lincoln will try something like that, I think it could be a great idea to have a limited-model with the Raptor R v8

That goes against the entire brand ethos they've built up over the past 8-10 years.

Raptor R V8 would probably be "too rough" and muscl-y for the Navigator but a Grand Touring 3.5 EcoBoost might be a good move, more power would be welcome for those who want it.  I am sure someone here will say "what 450 isn't enough?" but that would be the point it would be a range topping model.

Lincoln wants to go with this whole thing of effortless power and quiet flight.  They would need something more refined.  Of course, they could try to refine the V8 to be smoother but not sure how much money Ford wants to put into V8s these days, especially modifying a low production one.

Definitely need the hybrid Navi at the minimum.  Same for Expedition.

They will def need to work on refinement if they wanna promote quiet flight.  The nautilus isn't the smoothest, comfiest or quietest in its class, so I'm a little worried about if lincoln did more than enough for the nav.

I beg to differ.  Our 22 is great and I’ve heard the 24s are even better.
