The 3.0eb has almost exactly the same power as the coyote in truck form. Departments have a lot of vehicles that aren't used for patrol so that's why it's offered. If they're too cheap to get the hybrid or 3.0 that's on them.

2027 Ford Super Duty Drops 6.8L V8, Standard Output 6.7L Power Stroke I didn't see this anywhere else. It seems strange to drop the 6.8 entirely after such a short time. -
How about "re-contenting"? 2026 Explorers dropped the panoramic twin-panel roof and the 3.0L option on the Platinum. Both are back for 2027. Order guide shows Space White as the only dropped color, but Rapid Red is gone too. New colors available are Ruby Red and Avalanche.
