You get to pick your dealer and change it later without losing your reservation, per Ford.

At the moment it was correct with gas prices. just look at what happened four years ago in the US-full on expectations of the economy going to pieces after the elections. It took a global pandemic to derail it finally four years later.

Enjoy today, Boys. it's Bronco Time

Oh no, I’m not that big of high roller😁. I reserved an Outer Banks. It’s the best fit at the time of ordering for me, but I hope there is some wiggle room just in case I like something better or the pricing is different than I thought.

This is one I would like to have the first model year of because I intend to keep it for a while and it will be kind of cool to have the first year the Bronco re-emerged. I also have faith that MAP will build it correctly out of the gate.

which if so, will screw up allocation....it would be hilarious if half of So Cals Bronco production came to us...lol...we have a couple of dealers close to us notorious for bait , switch and whatever else they can do in the relentless pursuit of profit...and in a BAD way...going to think it may be why we got so many reservations.....

I know for me, it's already looking like Velocity Blue is a late availability option, so I'm wondering if I'll be one of those ones toward the end of the model year by that point. Honestly, if that happens and they add A/C seats for 2022, I wouldn't even be mad 😛 😛

hate to say this, but you may/ may not be able to change your reservation if the Edition you finalize is also sold out...First Edition was gone first dat...Wildtrak is now no longer avail...and that will continue if I had to guess...

    Goodbye Continental

My pops just ordered a Continental Reserve AWD with the 3.0L in Burgundy Velvet with Cappuccino interior. Will be one of the last ones off the line. He decided he needed an American Luxury sedan to go with his stable of mustangs and trucks. Put the order in Friday and was told it was already pulled for scheduling.

    Wards 10Best Interior: Aviator

Kudos to Lincoln. The Aviator design is on-point--interior and exterior. It is well-deserving of the recognition. That said, I think the Corsair should have garnered at least an honorable mention. What Lincoln managed to do with a much smaller palette at a much lower price point is just as impressive. On the other hand, the monochromatic Corvette interior looks sadly like a Revell model car I would have made in my childhood: I would spray paint the interior all one color because I didn't have the skill (or extra colors) to paint the interior correctly. And didn't the Merc GLB steal the LED strips idea from a Chrysler 200?

It’d be so cool if they unveiled three Raptors at once (F150, Ranger, Bronco).

They need a baby Sasquatch package for the sport. If they could fit some 32’s on it, I think it’d look pretty cool.

Ford desperately needs a good launch with Bronco, I just hope the occasion doesn't pressure them into going too fast at the start, they need slower line speeds until everyone and everything clicks into gear. That's why it's hard to estimate production in early months, much easier when they're set and ramping up.

While not asking you specifics on Bronco manufacturing, can you please share how super Saturdays work, Would Rangers still be built along with Broncos, or do they just build Bronco exclusively on those days? Or does a change like that completely screw up line speed and timing of workers and parts?

Imports have been trying to compete with Ford trucks and utilities for decades with limited success.

How does that work exactly? If you don’t launch there is no inventory.

FWIW, a Bronco6G member noticed that the images in the confirmation emails were hosted to the incomplete and non-public Bronco Build and Price. So, by going to your confirmation and pulling the image location, you can swap INT / EXT and numbers around to pull associated images. On that note, here's the Big Bend 4dr interior...

The chutzpah Mike brought to the whole Ford truck division is a huge part of why we're seeing such great marketing - and great products - today.

Ford will do what they often do. They'll run a branding spot for the Mustang Mach-E, prospective customers that didn't know about it beforehand will go to see the new model at dealerships, see none in stock, find out how few will be available, object to some Dealer's pricing and walk away, or be an impulse buyer and buy/lease at any price. The branding campaign will run until the vehicles are on the way to dealers and then Ford will pull the campaign and rely on word-of-mouth and interest generated when the Mustang Mach-E is out on the road. Ford will make a splash with the campaign initially and then they'll pull it and turn to something else. Ford won't spend a penny more on marketing the Mustang Mach-E than they have to.

The showing off of the PIU was to try to keep LEO interested and not having them defect to Dodge-but the jacked up launch screwed that all up, witness the first 2020 PIU units not showing up til 2020 CY.

The plant was a big issue because they had no space to do pilot builds, they jumped straight to production volume before the plant was fully sorted, Trans cooler problem should have been identified in validation or pre production builds. Lots of Bronco development was done in Australian outback as well as North America away from prying eyes. The platform is a heavy evolution of the existing platform with lots of upgrades, so very much a known quantity, the CD6 Explorer was complete my new platform vehicle, so needs a lot more care that everything is going right.
