Yep, stay off the center metal gratings, and you're okay.
Living in the U.P. in the 70's and 80's, I've probably traveled over that bridge more than 100 times.
What goes around comes around. Whereas the EPA regulations are based on the footprint i.e. wheelbase and track, build vehicles like we did 100 years ago, where the WB and track were external to the cabin. The EPA classification based on the WB and tracks preserved, while keeping overall weight down by not enclosing the whole footprint with steel.

After taking my 2024 Nautilus in for the "Window Pinching Recall" I discoverd the "Auto Up" toggle was missing from my "Windows" settings... Only "Auto Down" remains. Took it to the dealer to see what was wrong... After some digging they said it was mentioned in the recall notification and said "the feature was removed as part of the recall fix"... They had no explaination as to why...
Not the best thing, now I can't put the windows back up remotely... No a good "fix" in my book... Anyone else notice this?
