Let's talk about hybrids. Ford has one hybrid powertrain for Transverse vehicles, at least in the US. HF35 eCVT -Introduced in 2013 FoE has two hybrid and one mild Hybrid Systems.     Hybrid HF35 eCVT -Introduced in 2013 Getrag 7HDT300-  7-speed dual-wet-clutch for hybrid Intrduced in 2020 Mild hybrid  Getrag 7DCT300-  7-speed dual-wet-clutch with 48V system introduced in 2020 I have concerns about the viability of expanding hybrid production, given the little investment in the technology. 

I saw the CD4 Taurus thinking it was the D3 Taurus which was on the same platform as the Flex.  Didn't see it was a non-US Taurus.

D3. Different platform entirely. Shared with the old Explorer, Taurus, MKS and MKT.
