I don't know the proper term, but Ford calls it a whirring noise..... Has anyone experienced and/or been able to eliminate this whining or whirring noise that comes from the transmission. My truck is brand new and once warmed up (withing 10-15 minutes), this noise starts. It changes in intensity with acceleration and deceleration and it is super loud when next to a building or another vehicle at a light.
I also thought that at first but after checking the photos again I am in doubt now haha
could they have change it a bit?
Check this out:
The grille seems to be taller in the Aviator spy pics, and also the lower part seems different
I wouldnt exactly call that busting at the seams especially given the bredth of packages, 2 doors 4 doors, 4cyl/ 6 cylinder AND all the models...so Ill leave it there. BUT...I will say this...after all the hype and clamoring and people jumping over each other to get them....the fact theres now left over 23s doesnt reflect very well ( although that said I just ran a locate on 2023 Wildtraks, which are the most popular package here in SDo Cal, and theres diddly squat in ANY color )
