02MustangGT
It’s quite obvious that the Bronco is going to debut in the great outdoors. My guess is both Bronco and Bronco Sport will debut at the same event.

Assimilator
I think it's a safe bet the Bronco won't debut at an AutoShow, but I'm sure it will make an appearances at NAIAS. Bronco is 2021, Ranger is 2023. The Bronco is largely based on the upgraded North American Ranger frame, but HUGE suspension and top-hat differences. akirby
They’re going to show it in the Spring, not start building it in the Spring. That’s where folks are getting confused,

ice-capades
From Ford's announcement to Dealers yesterday. Ford is confirming the production Bronco’s world premiere in spring 2020. More than a symbol of off-road capability and durability, the iconic Ford 4x4 is coveted by outdoor enthusiasts and represents America’s original “sports utility vehicle,” coining the segment decades before it was even an acronym back in 1966. As frustrating as it is, be glad they scrapped the first few attempts. I've said it before and I'll say it again: Bronco is getting the same treatment internally as F-Series and Mustang. They know how good it has to be and they weren't satisfied until it was.
silvrsvt
There was a post on Bronco6g.com about the Bronco (not specified as to which one) having 250 accessories at launch and at the top of the paper it said late 2020 availability. The Baby Bronco launch is kinda in the dark-the prevailing thought was it was going to catiualian with the Mach E due to timing, but the new rumor Is it going to Hermosillo when the Fusion/MKZ end production or even Louisville. That would mean the Fusion stops in less then six months. I’m guessing once the contract is signed with the UAW will have more info on upcoming products. ausrutherford
Baby Bronco is being built in Mexico. Ford has already confirmed it will sell in Brazil/Argentina. Much easier and cost effective to import from Mexico.

Is there any info on the Fusion end of production next spring/early summer? I haven’t see anything

ausrutherford
Catualian - Baby Bronco and Mach E Hermosillo - Transit Connect, small truck, and small 7-seat crossover. Maybe Fusion Active Hermosillo is the larger plant. Catualian has been underutilized for years with just the Fiesta.

I expect they'll start releasing that information in the FDNB (Fleet Distribution News Bulletin) after New Year's. I have a meeting with out Ford Zone Manager tomorrow morning and will ask him if he knows anything yet about when Fusion production will balance out.
Stampede.Offroad
Interesting that they refer to the 3rd/5th door as a "swinggate" using the same terminology as the Ecosport. I get the impression that would be a very unpopular approach given it's implications for restricting how much of the roof is going to be removable. . . . The purists will probably still complain but they're going to be looking for stuff to complain about anyway.
