We do. Absolutely nothing.   we don’t even qualify for VEBA which is run by the union. 

Desperate to impress wall street

I used Google Maps to look at the property, and it looks cute. 4 stories normal suburban office building...personally I would have created some tall tower and make a statement....looks like they went with a campus look instead.

Correct....I've got three on my visor and I've often thought these negate the purpose of padded visors🤔

I always use the garage opener on my visor ONLY because I always park in my garage. For my tenants though, I always advice them that if they park outside on the driveway, anyone can break a window, press the button on the visor, and walk right into their garage.  For those that use the garage as storage to store grandma's antiques (Rooms 2 Go paid of junk) while letting their car rot outside in the FL sun making monthly payments, I advise them they can get one of those small garage openers that hang on the keyfob they can take with them when they park outside.

We have that too, but it's a PITA instead of using the button on the visor.  I HATE having to have the actual remote in the vehicle.

Once the deal is finalized I will share pics and more details. 

I didn't notice the clay (or the jacks) at first, but now the black line from the headlight makes sense lol.

I forgot about this project.  I also didn't realize they'd tear down the glass house altogether.

I'm curious as to why this on jack stands.... Oh wait its styling buck-you can see the clay on the drivers side.
